「双语」华为为什么还是造不出芯片？

首先，造一个芯片，它需要经过四个阶段设计，制造，封装，还有测试。而华为只有设计能力，制造封装等压根就没有考虑过，都全权交给了台积电。

那为什么美国制裁华为这样的一个中国企业，台积电会跟着断了华为的芯片供应呢？那是因为美国在这次第二轮制裁中，有很明确的要求，就是使用美国设备和技术的国外半导体公司必须经过美国的许可才能够供货给华为。

而台积电的光刻机技术里面，就用到了美国的技术，为了自保，他没有办法不听美国的话。

其次，华为被制裁的这段时间内，一直都在寻找可以替代台积电的厂家，但是到目前为止，依然还是没有任何进展，如果有替代方案的话，华为也不可能一直这么被动，所以这个难题到目前还是无解的。

所以呢，我们也没有必要去嘲笑华为。毕竟这种流氓bm的制裁手段不是说谁都能想得到的。
