2. conclude  vt 断定,推断出;结束,
例句:let me conclude my speech with a saying: where there is a will, there is a way.请让我用一句谚语来结束我的发言:有志者,事竟成!
after waiting for half an hour ,i conclude that he wouldn’t come at all.
我等了半小时之后,我断定他根本就不会来了。
搭配:to conclude/in conclusion  最后,总之(常作插入语)
draw /reach/come to/arrive at a conclusion 得出结论
