第二大杀手邻苯二甲酸酯，虽然名字陌生，但它却经常以各种身份出现在我们生活当中，比如玩具，食品包装，地板壁纸，清洁剂，指甲油，香皂，洗发液等等都含有这种成分。它会干扰内分泌，使精子数量减少，运动能力下降，形态异常，还有最容易忽略的高温和久坐，睾丸的最佳温度是35度左右，这就是为什么2颗蛋蛋对男生这么重要，却又非得挂在体外。经常蒸桑拿或泡热水澡会让蛋蛋处于高温环境下。而最让人忽略的久坐和跷二郎腿同样会让睾丸长时间贴近人体，温度升高，同时会挤压睾丸，损害精子成长。

除了这些常见问题，当然还有肥胖，精神压力，高盐高脂饮食，电子产品辐射，汽车尾气，噪音，毒品，乱性等问题。
