秋言物语 I 46 放下小我，成就大我

“小我”自私自利，“大我”无我利他。

The ego is selfish, the greatman is altruistic.

这两天，有一个问题一直盘旋在我的脑海里：怎样才能真正做到放下小我、成就大我？

我认为“小我”就是一切以自身利益为出发点的思想和行为。在一个团体里着眼于自我的个人利益，在一个公司里着眼于自己团队的利益，在一个国家里着眼于自己公司的利益，这些都是小我的表现。“大我”就是一切以他人利益为出发点的思想和行为。在团体里个人利益服从团体利益，在公司里团体利益服从公司利益，在国家层面公司利益服从国家利益，这就是一个不断放大自我的过程。无论处在什么样的境地，都能把个人利益放下，一切以他人、团体、公司、国家乃至全人类的利益为目标的大胸怀，才是真正成就“大我”人生的天下格局。一句话：“小我”自私自利，“大我”无我利他。

例如，有人说，我们公司是一家民营企业，将来做得更大有风险怎么办？我认为，所有的风险都来自自私和贪婪。我们从做马氏盛族之初就没想着公司是为自己而做的。公司能有今天的成就都源于这块土地，这个国家和中国共产党的正确领导，这是不可否认的事实。假如没有这片土地，没有我们的国家，没有我们伟大的党，哪有公司的存在？没有父母，哪有孩子！所以上报国土恩、国家恩和共产党的恩德才是我们努力的方向！

These two days, a question has been hovering in my mind: how can I really do to put down the ego, to achieve the greater self ?

I think the “ego” is all thoughts and actions that take one's own interests as their starting points. It is the performance of the ego to focus on personal interests in a group, to focus on the interests of one's own team in a company, and to focus on the interests of one's own company in a country. All these are the performances of the ego. The “big self” is all thoughts and behaviors that take the interests of others as their starting points. It is a process of constantly enlarging oneself that the inpidual interests are subordinated to the group interests in the group, the group interests to the company interests in the company, and the corporate interests to the national interests at the national level. No matter what kind of situation you are in, you can put down your personal interests. All the big minds that aim at the interests of others, groups, companies, countries, and even all mankind are the world patterns that truly achieve the “big self” of life. One word: the “ego” is selfish, the “great man” is altruistic.

For example, some people say: mashishengzu is a private enterprise.

What if there are risks to doing more in the future? I think all the risks come from selfishness and greed. We didn't think the company was built for ourselves from the beginning. It is an undeniable fact that mashishengzu's achievements today are due to this land, this country and the correct leadership of the Communist Party of China. Without this land, without our country and without our great Party, where is mashishengzu's existence? Without parents, there are no children! That's why we're going to pay a debt of gratitude to our motherland, to our country and to the Communist Party of China! This is the direction of our endeavor.
