点评:总体上写得挺好,但是有点缺乏情感和人情味,另外我们一定要顺着人性规律、顺着事物的规律去回复和推进,知其然,并知其所以然!才真正能够帮助到我们!

(可以把结果直接说出来,对客户有所求的时候,需要合理表达强势。但我们的预期是要让客户付70%以上的大货预付款,但我要求100%,这也是常见打太极的思维。往往好事要多磨,太极拳可以打几个回来,客户能够感觉已经尽力,并且拿回相应的好处。这时也耗光的客户的能量体,类似于我平时去买东西的时候,其实往往坚持不了几个回来,砍不了几分钟,是一个道理。我们要表现的是,“完全站在客户立场”,不断地帮助客户向公司争取的努力!)
