马斯克：如果我们看到一些有趣的公司，就会考虑收购他们。但是，我们很慎重地对待收购公司这种事情。因为我们感兴趣的是那些擅长制造的公司，包括自动化、软件、人工智能、一般制造技术之类的领域。我们肯定会增加资本支出，我们确保在投资资本支出和研发资金不浪费的情况下尽快完成。所以这不是一个约束条件，如果我们想花钱如流水，结果只能说浪费钱。

所以，我们正在努力提高资本支出和研发费用，这也要看我们未来的资金状况。我觉得未来股票回购也是个办法，但我不想承诺这个事情。我们来确认一下这其中会不会发生什么不可抗力事件。有时候我想我们要确保有足够的资金，而且未来的现金流看起来非常稳定。这种情况下我觉得关于回购的分享是可以讨论的。

Musk：If we do see interesting companies, we will acquire them. But it's quite rare for us to acquire company. We are interested in companies that are very good at manufacturing, automation, software, ai, manufacturing technology in gereral that kind of thing. We certaiinly will increase capex. We're spending CAPEX money and R&D money as fast as we can do so without wasting it. So this is not a constraint, if we try to spend it any faster, we'd just be wasting money.

So, we're cranking hard on CAPEX and R&D, depending on what our future cash blow looks like. I think a sort of share buyback is possible. I wouldn't want to commit to that but well let's just make sure, you know that these's not some force majira event. Somewhere, I think we want to make sure we have plenty of capital and that future cash flow is looking very solid, and the world is relatively stable.
