针对近期四川省甘孜州稻城亚丁景区被文化和旅游部点名通报、被质疑违规封堵省道收费、限制社会车辆进入等问题，甘孜州稻城亚丁景区问题整改工作专班28日发布通报，向广大游客及社会各界致歉，并表示将立行立改。同时，从5月29日起暂停收取稻城亚丁景区观光车及电瓶车交通运输服务费用。

关于提级整治稻城亚丁景区问题的通报中称，甘孜州启动提级整治，组建由州发改、文旅、交通、林草、环保、市场监管等部门组成的联合工作专班，进驻景区开展全面核查和靶向整治，重点解决群众关切问题。

The management of the Daocheng Yading scenic area in the Garze Tibetan autonomous prefecture, Sichuan province, apologized on Thursday after being named and criticized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism for allegedly blocking a provincial road to collect fees and restricting private vehicles.

Authorities announced immediate corrective measures, including suspending shuttle bus and cart transportation service fees within the scenic area effective Friday.

A special task force has been formed, comprising multiple prefecture-level departments — including development and reform, culture and tourism, transportation, forestry, environmental protection and market regulation — to conduct a full investigation and targeted rectification of the issues that have drawn public concern.

• 针对网民关注和质疑的违规封堵省道、限制社会车辆进入问题，专班正对涉事路段开展权责边界、生态管控等全面复核，依法依规厘清管理权限，及时纠正不合规管控行为；

• 针对摆渡车票价定价问题，已启动成本监审工作，将严格核查定价依据与运营成本，切实维护游客消费权益；

• 针对摆渡车线路设置不合理问题，已新增2个观景平台及观光车停靠点，优化7处观光车停靠站点，提升游客游览体验；

• 针对景区管理运营、服务质量提升等问题，已全面进入整改流程，系统性推进管理提质、服务升级。

后续整治情况将持续向社会公布，主动接受社会各界和广大游客监督。

Key actions include:

Road use and vehicle restrictions: The task force is reviewing ownership and ecological control boundaries for the affected road section and will correct any noncompliant management practices in accordance with laws and regulations.

Shuttle bus pricing: A cost verification process has been launched to examine pricing justifications and operational costs, to ensure the protection of consumer rights.

Shuttle bus routes: Two new viewing platforms and shuttle bus stops have been added, and seven existing stops will be optimized to improve visitor experience.

Management and service quality: A systematic overhaul of operations and service standards is underway.

Further updates will be released to the public. The task force said it welcomes oversight from all sectors of society.

The Garze prefecture development and reform commission announced that the suspension of shuttle bus and cart fees will remain in place until cost verification is completed, after which fee adjustments will follow legal procedures.

四川省成立调查指导组督导稻城亚丁景区摆渡车问题整改

记者29日从四川省文化和旅游厅获悉，四川省文化和旅游厅、发展改革委、公安厅、交通运输厅、市场监管局、林业和草原局等有关部门已组成省级调查指导组，要求甘孜藏族自治州人民政府督促稻城亚丁景区暂停收取摆渡车、电瓶车费用，同时如常提供优质服务，迅速启动调查及后续相关整改工作。

On Friday, the Sichuan provincial department of culture and tourism confirmed that a provincial-level team — comprising multiple departments including culture and tourism, development and reform, public security, transportation, market regulation and forestry — has been established to oversee the rectification. The team has asked the Garze prefecture government to ensure the suspension of shuttle bus and electric vehicle fees while maintaining normal service quality, and to promptly launch investigations and follow-up corrective actions.

甘孜州政府将严格按照省级调查指导组的要求，针对文化和旅游部提出的整改意见，及社会关注的主要问题，逐项核查、逐条整改，主动接受社会公众和媒体监督，切实维护四川旅游市场秩序。

The Garze prefecture government said it would strictly follow the provincial team's guidance, address each issue identified by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and raised by the public, and accept oversight from society and the media to uphold the integrity of the tourism market in Southwest China's Sichuan province.
