How to keep healthy

Do you know hou to keep healthy ? Do you want to keep in good health ? The next,let me tell you something about our health.  
  First, we need more exercise.As we know ,no sports,no life.we can run in the park every morning.walking is the best sport,so,why not go to school on foot?we can also play kinds of sports in the gym on weekends.Such as,go swimming,play tennis,play ping-pong or play basketball.  
  Second,we should eat a lot of vegetables and fruit.As the saying goes,an apple a day keeps the doctor away.Fruit is good for our health.We can't eat a lot of junk food and drink a lot of coffee.They are bad for our health.If you love them very much,you can eat them once or twice a week.  
  Last,we should sleep more than night hours.If you only sleep five or six hours,you feel very tired.I think we don't like tired.  
  In a word, a good lifestyle can help us keep healthy,we must have a good lifestyle.
