初三英语作文： About Buffet

　　People like to eat buffet， because they can eat many kinds of food in a meal， their appetite can be satisfied. I am a fan of buffet， I can eat a lot of food in a time， every time I go into the buffet shop， I tell myself that I will not come out without satisfying my stomach. Facing so many food， I can't help eating as more as possible， even I am full enough， I still eat， my stomach hurts. It is said that 80% sense of fullness is the best way to keep fit， if people continue to get their stomach more food， then their stomach will be hurt. So the way for people to have buffet is not right， we should enjoy the food instead of eating too fully.
