　　Lightening the burden

　　Senior middle school students were heavily burdenedwith all kinds of homework. Because of variesexaminations, they spend about six and half hours inthe class in a day. At home, about three and halfhours were spent on the homework and therefore,most of them got less than seven hours sleep anight. With only about three hours free time forother things. As a result, their health was badlydamaged. Now things are getting better, about five hours spending in class and an hour forhomework are shortened to about two. So they have two more hours sleep and also two morehours free time to do whatever they like.

　　减压

　　高中学生课业繁重，他们容易产生压力。由于各种各样的考试，他们每天要花上6个半小时的时间学习。回到家后，他们也要花费3个半小时的时间写作业，所以许多学生的睡眠不足7个小时。学生的课余时间只有3个小时。所以，这严重影响了他们的健康问题。现在事情变好了，以前5个小时的上课时间，以及两个小时的作业时间缩减到了两个小时。这样，他们就有更多的睡眠时间，还有额外两个小时的休息时间。
