　　my favorite sport

　　there are many kinds of sports that i enjoy, such as swimming, running, and dancing. however, the sport that i like most is basketball. when i was in junior high, i started to play basketball in school. at that time, i found i had loved deeply this sport. now, i would like to watch basketball games as much as i can. the basketball games have given me the most wonderful time in my life.

　　last sunday, i went to the town to visit my uncle. i was very excited, because i could see my cousin---mingming there. he was my best friend. and they lived in the center of town, so it’s a great place to have fun, too. we arrived at eight o’clock; they were also happy to see us and gave us a warm welcome. after greeting my uncle and aunt, mingming showed me around his house, and then we played outside. i saw many different things. at noon, uncle bought frying chicken for us, it was so good! i ate up mine quickly, so mingming gave me some his. in the afternoon, he and i went to the library to read books. there were a lot of nice books there, and they were free to read! we read for two hours, then dad told me to go home. it was short time; i hoped to go there soon!                            dear linda,   i am a 13-year-old girl.my name is sun bingqian.my holiday life is happy.   i like the summer holiday every year.  this summer i went to beijing for my holiday, beijing is our capital city. i went to the summer palace, climbed the great wall and went to many places of interest. i had a very good time. during this summer holiday, i went to putuo and xiangshan. i saw the beautiful sea. i enjoyed having a walk along the beach after supper or having a swim in the moonlight. it's really "cool".

　　when i at home, i do my homework in the morning. in the afternoon i practise playing the piano. but in the evening i can watch tv after a long walk with my parents.

　　if you ask me what my favourite summer holiday will be like, traveling around the world is the only answer. i like travelling so much that l often meet different people and visit different places of interest in my dream. i wish i can have two summer holidays in a year.
