IT'S A PARTY

Grandma Hen and Lola Chick went to the farmers’ market one Saturday. First, they stopped at the fruit stand. Lola’s friend Pablo and his dad were there. Grandma Hen started talking to Pablo’s dad.
“Come to the party!” Lola Chick said to Pablo. “Today at three at my house.”
“OK!” said Pablo.
Next, Grandma Hen and Lola Chick went to the flower stand. Lily and her mom worked there. Grandma Hen started talking to Lily’s mom.
“Come to the party!” Lola Chick said to Lily. “Today at three at my house.”
“Great!” said Lily. “I’ll come.”
Grandma Hen and Lola Chick went to the empanada stand. The twins, Marta and Marco, were there with their parents.
“This is our last stop, and then we can go home,” said Grandma Hen. She started piling treats into her basket.
“Come to the party!” Lola Chick said to Marta and Marco. “Today at three at my house.”
At three that afternoon, Pablo, Lily, Marta, and Marco arrived at Grandma Hen and Lola Chick’s home.
“We’re here for the party!” they said.
“The party?” asked Grandma Hen.
“Yes,” said Lola Chick. “A party!”

周六，鸡外婆和小鸡洛拉来到农贸市场，她们先停在了水果摊前。洛拉的朋友帕布罗和他爸爸正在那儿。鸡外婆同帕布罗爸爸聊了几句。
“来参加派对吧！”小鸡洛拉对帕布罗说，“今天下午三点在我家。”
“好呀！”帕布罗回应道。
接着，鸡外婆和小鸡洛拉来到卖花的摊位。莉莉和她妈妈在那里忙活。鸡外婆开始和莉莉妈妈聊天。
“来参加派对吧！”小鸡洛拉对莉莉说，“今天下午三点在我家。”
“太棒了！”莉莉说，“我会来的。”
鸡外婆和小鸡洛拉来到卖肉馅卷饼的摊位，见到了双胞胎玛塔、玛可和他们的父母。
“这是最后一站，之后我们就回家。”鸡外婆告诉洛拉。她开始往篮子里放点心。
“来参加派对吧！”小鸡洛拉对玛塔和玛可说，“今天下午三点在我家。”
“一定！”双胞胎齐声说道。
下午三点，帕布罗、莉莉、玛塔和玛可准时来到鸡外婆和小鸡洛拉的家。
“我们来参加派对！”他们说。
“派对？”鸡外婆有些疑惑。
“对呀，”小鸡洛拉说，“这是一个派对！”
“是呀，我们这里有水果、鲜花和肉馅卷饼，”鸡外婆笑道，“我想这可以是个派对！”
