Revival of Cantonese cuisine lost for a century

The Four Seasons Restaurant in China Hotel recently hosted the launch of "Lost Signature Dishes", a collaborative effort between China Hotel and the Guangzhou Museum aiming to revive traditional Cantonese cuisine by recreating lost delicacies. The dishes presented at the event tantalized the taste buds of discerning diners, showcasing the vibrancy of life and the essence of Chinese culture that Guangzhou has been known for over the centuries.

失传百年的粤菜味道再现广州

9月15日,中国大酒店与广州博物馆合作研发的“消失的名菜”在中国大酒店四季中国餐厅上新,“消失的名菜”旨在从文物中还原出失传的广府名菜,再现昔日粤菜味道。菜式的呈现充满国风,撩拨着食客老饕的味蕾,表达着百年来广州独有的“人间烟火气”,向世人展示博大精深的粤菜精髓。
