这是由STUDIO ARTHUR CASAS设计的别墅项目。业主的目标十分明晰，即欣赏里约山川湖海的迷人景致。这位与Studio Arthur Casas有长期合作的单身商人希望参与从选址到建成的整个过程。

可以直接看到海的客厅层 Living area with sea view

该项目位于里约热内卢圣康拉多海滩附近的群山内。项目地址的特殊地形让业主十分好奇，因为这里既无法直接看到大海，也并非观赏风景的最佳选择。但是Arthur Casas说：“我很清楚我们能满足业主的要求，我向他保证所有起居区域都将与风景融为一体。”

为了实现业主的目标，建筑师将入口、起居区域及泳池设在第二层，一层是被花园环绕的客房和服务区。所有起居空间内都能欣赏到外部的自然美景。巨大的落地窗模糊了内外的界限，同时让房间看起来比同尺寸空间更为宽敞。三层为私人空间，如主卧和家庭办公室，均面向地平线。受到周边景观的启发，建筑材料选用了本地的石材和木材。内部装饰旨在制造营造舒适感和休闲感，巴西家具和国外家具混合布置。

热带风情，草木繁茂，采用当地石材建设的建筑融入了环境Lush topical landscape; the building made of local stones blends with the surroundings.
