10月31日晚8点，一年一度的“双11”拉开了大幕，期待已久的网友们纷纷出手，准备清空自己的购物车……

“多地址合并下单”、“购物车商品上限扩容至300个”，这些新改变都让网友们更加期待双11的到来。

The e-commerce behemoth revealed a raft of measures to incentivize consumers and merchants to jump onto the shopping bandwagon that's slated to reach a crescendo on Nov 11.

For example, placing orders with multi addresses is allowed, enabling consumers to club together and share discounts.

In addition, the platform has expanded the upper limit of a user's shopping cart from 120 items to 300.

但和往年不同的是，今年“退款”成为了热词，登上了微博热搜。原因是商家发货的速度实在是太快，买家刚下完单就发现已经发货了，丝毫不给退款的机会。

退款

退款可以说refund，这个词既可以做名词，也可以做动词用。

比如，名词例句：

You can return the dress and ask for a refund.

亲可以把裙子退了，然后申请退款哦。

做动词用时，后面接的宾语既可以是钱，也可以是人：

If you're not delighted with your purchase, we guarantee to refund your money in full.

亲如果对商品不满意，我们保证全额退款哦。

I'll refund you for the apples and any other damage.

这些苹果和其他损坏的商品，这边是可以办理退款的哦。

退货换货

有多少人疯狂网购完了，收到货后又退回去一半的？

退货的英文很简单，就是return，换货就是exchange。

例句：

在这种情况下，如果你要退换这件毛衣，就必须自付运费了。

定金

大家参加“双11”预售活动（presale），只有当定金支付完成之后，商品才会加入购物车。定金的英文是“Deposit”。

上面例句里的down是指预付部分金额。

此外，Deposit还有一个常见含义是“存款”。

例句：

因此，存款账户就是deposit account， 存款保险就是deposit insurance。

尾款

在淘宝卖家规定的时间范围内付尾款，消费者才能享受商家提供的优惠。如果现实中消费者无法在规定时间内付款，预售定金不予退还。

尾款的英文是“Balance”。

首付

首付款是购买大件商品（如房屋、汽车等）的第一笔预付款，它的英文是down payment。

分期付款

它的英文是“installment”或者“payment by installments”。

收藏加购

平时刷购物网站或应用，看到令自己心动的商品，但是因为种种原因暂时不能付款，就可以“收藏加购”，等到想买的时候再说。

收藏加购的英文叫做“save items to the wishlist”或者“add items to the wishlist”。

清空购物车

这句话可不是说把购物车的东西都删掉，而是把购物车里的商品都买下。所以它的英文自然也有了，那就是“pay for all the items in the cart”。

例句：
