“比赛经过村庄的时候，很多村民会站在路边，热情地朝我们挥手打招呼，那种感觉很温暖。”10月21日，在第二届环贵州公园省国际公路自行车赛S4黔西南百香果赛段赛后，来自深圳攻洲际队的澳大利亚车手马修·梅（MAY MATTHEW）向记者分享他的参赛感受。

"When the race passed through the villages, many villagers stood by the roadside and waved to us warmly. That feeling was very heartwarming," said MAY MATTHEW, an Australian rider from KSZ TEAM, sharing his racing experience with reporters after the S4 Qianxinan Passion Fruit Stage of the 2nd Tour of Guizhou Eco-Province International Road Cycling Race on October 21.

本届赛事跨越贵州九市（州），对于这位常年征战亚洲赛场的职业车手来说，这不仅是一次高强度的竞技比拼，更是一次难得的深度体验。

This event spans 9 cities and prefectures in Guizhou. For this professional rider who has long competed on the Asian circuit, it is not only a high-intensity athletic competition but also a rare in-depth experience.

深圳攻洲际队近年来活跃于国内各大职业自行车赛场，马修作为车队的重要外籍骑手，拥有丰富的国际赛事经验。本次环贵州赛事赛程长、跨度大，为像马修这样的外籍车手提供了一个深入了解中国西南腹地风土人情的契机。“这次比赛让我们真正走进了中国的乡村和城市，这种体验非常特别。”马修表示。

KSZ TEAM has been active in major domestic professional cycling races in recent years. As an important foreign rider for the team, Matthew has rich experience in international events. The Tour of Guizhou features a long course and a wide geographical span, providing foreign riders like Matthew with an opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of the local customs and practices in the southwestern hinterland of China. "This race has truly brought us into China's countryside and cities. This experience is very special," Matthew said.

连续多日的转场与骑行，让马修对贵州有了更立体的认知。当车队穿行于各个赛段时，沿途美丽的少数民族村寨和友好的当地人给他留下了深刻印象。在紧张的竞速之余，这些沿途的风景和笑脸，成为了他赛事记忆中最柔软的部分。

Days of transfers and riding have given Matthew a more three-dimensional understanding of Guizhou. As the peloton passed through various stages, the beautiful ethnic minority villages and friendly locals along the way left a deep impression on him. Amidst the intense racing, these landscapes and smiling faces along the route have become the softest part of his race memories.

As the S4 stage concludes, the event is about to enter the second half of the competition. Matthew and KSZ TEAM will continue to ride through the magnificent mountains and beautiful waters of Guizhou, measuring this land with their wheels, challenging their limits while continuing to experience the beauty of nature and the warmth of the people here.
