“在我心里，中国是一个伟大的国家，而贵州是中国最美丽的省份，我很幸运能来到这里比赛。”10月23日，在第二届环贵州公园省国际公路自行车赛S6黔南毛尖茶赛段赛后，来自平潭国际旅游岛洲际车队的西班牙车手弗朗西斯科·曼塞博·佩雷斯（FRANCISCO MANCEBO PEREZ）接受了记者采访。在结束了长达168公里的漫长爬坡战后，这位50岁的老将对此次贵州之行给出了极高的评价。

"In my heart, China is a great country, and Guizhou is the most beautiful province in China. I am very lucky to be here racing," said FRANCISCO MANCEBO PEREZ, a Spanish rider from Pingtan International Tourism Island Cycling Team, in an interview after the S6 Qiannan Maojian Tea Stage of the 2nd Tour of Guizhou Eco-Province International Road Cycling Race on October 23. After completing the grueling 168-kilometer climbing stage, the 50-year-old veteran gave high praise to his trip to Guizhou.

曼塞博的职业生涯履历十分亮眼。他曾获得2000年环法自行车赛白衫（最佳年轻车手），并在2005年环法中获得总成绩第四名。此外，他还是赢得UCI公路赛最年长的车手之一。从1984年接触自行车运动至今，他已经在这条路上坚持了四十多年。

Mancebo's career record is highly impressive. He won the white jersey (best young rider) at the 2000 Tour de France and finished fourth overall in the 2005 Tour de France. In addition, he is one of the oldest riders to win a UCI road race. From first getting into cycling in 1984 to today, he has persisted on this path for over forty years.

谈及能够长久保持竞技状态的原因，曼塞博给出了自己的答案：“热爱和坚韧是基础，但在漫长的职业生涯中，专注力比体能更重要。”正是这种极强的专注力，支撑他跨越了不同国家的赛道，如今又来到了贵州的群山之中。

When asked about the reasons behind his ability to maintain a competitive state for so long, Mancebo gave his own answer: "Passion and resilience are the foundation, but in a long career, focus is more important than physical condition." It is precisely this intense focus that has supported him across race tracks in different countries, and now brought him to the mountains of Guizhou.

今天S6赛段168公里的超长距离和超过3000米的累计爬升，对每一位车手都是极大的考验，50岁的曼塞博也不例外。但他坦言，高难度的地形并没有让他感到退缩，反而让他真正享受在贵州比赛的过程。沿途秀美的喀斯特风光和当地群众的热情助威，给这位老将留下了深刻的印象。

Today's S6 stage, with its ultra-long distance of 168 kilometers and cumulative elevation gain of over 3,000 meters, was a tremendous challenge for every rider, and the 50-year-old Mancebo was no exception. However, he admitted that the difficult terrain did not make him shrink back; instead, it allowed him to enjoy the racing experience in Guizhou. The beautiful karst scenery along the enthusiastic cheers of local spectators left a deep impression on this veteran.

在贵州的赛道上，曼塞博依然在用自己的节奏完成每一次挑战。对于他而言，能够继续在美丽的风景中骑行、在连绵的群山中蹬踏，本身就是对这份热爱最好的回应。

On the race tracks of Guizhou, Mancebo continues to meet every challenge at his own pace. For him, being able to keep riding through beautiful scenery and keep pedaling through endless mountains is itself the best response to this passion.
