My niece came back from her flight to the US and still prepared a birthday cake for me.

My nephew cooked a big, wonderful birthday feast for me.

侄儿为我煮了一大桌丰盛的生日宴。

My parents, brothers, sisters, and the whole family were all there with me.

父母、兄弟姐妹、一家人都陪在我身边。

Our family also welcomed a lovely new baby this year.

今年家里还添了可爱的小崽崽。

In that moment, I completely forgot all the pain from my knee.

那一刻，我把半月板的痛，忘得一干二净。

Surrounded by love, I fear nothing.

被爱包围着，我什么都不怕。

In the new year, I will keep exercising, keep recovering, and love myself well.

新的一年，我会坚持锻炼、好好康复、好好爱自己。

All the unhappiness and troubles from the past—just get lost!

过往所有的不如意、所有的糟心事——通通滚蛋！

From now on, only peace, health, and happiness matter.

往后，只留平安、健康、幸福。
