“地铁吐血女孩”为水灾捐6000元，网友：极不支持！她的回应来了

极目新闻报道，5月21日，因“在地铁吐血用外套擦干”被外界熟知的重病女孩胡心瑶，为湖南石门水灾助学重建捐出6000元，再次感动网友。

Hu Xinyao, the seriously ill girl known for wiping up her own blood with her jacket after vomiting blood on a Chongqing subway, has once again touched the internet — this time by donating 6,000 yuan to flood relief and education reconstruction in Shimen county, Changde, Hunan province.

据了解，5月17日起，湖南省常德市石门县遭遇突破历史极值的极端强降雨，已致6人死亡、10人失联，基础设施严重损毁，救援工作仍在紧张进行。

Continuous heavy rains have lashed Shimen county leaving six people dead and 10 others missing. The severe downpour, the first round of torrential rains this year, began at 7 am on May 17.

21日，胡心瑶晒出“捐赠证书”并配文写道：“感恩过往两个月，承蒙各位亲友暖心相助，让我被善意紧紧包裹。深知这份爱来之不易，如今湖南石门受灾受难，我把大家给予我的温暖尽数转送。同心聚力共渡难关，石门加油，万众一心，定能重建美好家园！”

Hu posted her donation certificate online, writing: "I'm grateful for the kindness I've received over the past two months. Now that Shimen is in crisis, I'm passing forward all the warmth you've given me."

评论区的网友们在感动的同时，也心疼地对她的行为表示反对：“做慈善一定要在自己力所能及的范围内。”

In the comments section, many netizens were moved but also objected out of concern: "Charity should always stay within your means."

胡心瑶则回复网友“爱需要继续传递”“您的心意与善意我完全领会，于我而言，尽己所能略尽绵薄，是心底一份朴素善意，无关数额多少，只求心安”，并表示这笔钱是在心理咨询平台兼职而攒下来的工资，力所能及拿出一点心意，并非勉强自己。

She explained that the money came from her part-time work on a psychological counseling platform. She gave what she could — she wasn't forcing herself.

据了解，胡心瑶今年22岁，来自重庆市垫江县。2018年她确诊罕见病ANCA血管炎，后发展成肾衰竭，并出现肺部感染、心力衰竭、消化道出血等并发症，频繁往返医院，仅在2025年就收到了几十张病危通知单。

今年3月23日，胡心瑶乘重庆地铁1号线去医院时在车厢内吐血，她脱下自己的外套将血迹擦干，被其他乘客拍下发到网上后感动了万千网友，不少人捐款助她治疗。

In March 23 this year, she vomited blood on a subway car on her way to the hospital. She took off her jacket to clean up the blood. A passenger filmed the scene, and the video moved countless netizens, many of whom donated to support her treatment.

目前，公益平台上由石门县教育基金会发起的200万元筹款目标已经完成，捐款通道已经关闭。

极目新闻记者联系胡心瑶本人，她说自己平时在某平台做心理咨询，上个月挣到了6000元咨询费，她就提现出来捐给石门灾区，这是对网友此前帮助她的回馈，“不是大家的托举，现在我已经不在了。”

长安街知事消息，胡心瑶的社交平台上还发布了不少关于她在重庆建立的“病友之家”的最新动态，据悉，该互助平台于2025年12月由胡心瑶发起，为罕见病患者提供临时住所、医疗科普、免费心理辅导及交流服务，今年4月8日正式启动，一个多月以来，已接待过约50名病友前来免费居住。

Hu has also set up a "patient home" in Chongqing, offering temporary accommodation, medical information, free psychological counseling, and support services for rare disease patients. It officially opened in April and has already hosted around 50 patients.
