“鸡排哥”发声！

“鸡排哥”走红后，他的鸡排摊成了这个国庆假期的热门“景点”。

国庆假期第一天，南都N视频记者来到位于江西景德镇市五中附近的“鸡排哥”摊位上，现场人头攒动，排队有序。

During China's National Day holiday, a chicken chop stall in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi province, has become an unexpected tourist attraction. The stall's popularity is thanks to its owner, Li Junyong, widely known as "Chicken Chop Brother".

面对越来越多慕名而来的顾客，李俊永的妻子向南都N视频记者介绍，他们现在每天早上六点多起来准备，一直到第二天凌晨一两点，甚至两三点才休息。“以前也没那么早睡，要忙到晚上12点。”尽管如此供不应求，“鸡排家族”还是坚持品质，每天出摊前都在家里把当天的鸡肉备好，拒绝“预制”。

The frenzy has led to challenges. Li and his wife now work extended hours, waking at 6 am and resting only after midnight to ensure fresh ingredients are prepared daily.

据都市现场报道，10月1日，在景德镇“鸡排大道”，除了“鸡排哥”的摊位，还有“鸡排嫂、鸡排姐……”的摊位，均排起长队。这些摊主身上都穿上有“鸡排哥”卡通形象的T恤。“鸡排哥”表示，“只要穿着这身logoT恤的，都是我的家里人，都是我带出来的。产品品质、卫生是可以保证。”

To manage the overwhelming demand, Li’s family has set up additional stalls nearby, all staffed by relatives wearing T-shirts branded with his cartoon logo. "Anyone in this shirt is family — quality guaranteed," Li assured customers.

10月2日，针对“有摊主称是鸡排哥父亲”的说法，“鸡排哥”在短视频账号发布视频称，“我的父亲跟我的岳父其实已经去世多年了，希望不要去冒犯老人家。”

据澎湃新闻报道，连日高强度工作，“鸡排哥”面露疲惫。但他对现场的媒体表示，暂时没有其他打算，国庆假期后也不会休息，将继续尽己所能服务好每一位顾客，“这暂时就是我日常的一个工作状态。”

Despite the fatigue, Li remains dedicated. "I'll continue working as usual after the holiday," he told media, emphasizing his commitment to serving every customer.

据报道，为应对人流，景德镇市相关部门工作人员为排队的游客准备了风油精、十滴水等防暑降温药物以备不时之需。交警部门也在每日高峰时段加强疏导，防止人群聚集引发交通拥堵，全方位保障道路安全有序。

Local authorities have stepped in to support Li's business during this phenomenon. Jingdezhen's urban management team assigned a task force to maintain order, while volunteers distributed free water and anti-heat supplies to those in line.

The city's cultural and tourism department also appointed Li as an official promoter for Jingdezhen tourism, recognizing his unexpected role in boosting the city's profile.
