根据《商标法》第五十七条，未经商标注册人许可，任何单位或个人不得在相同或类似商品上使用与“

”相同或近似的商标标识，否则将依法承担民事责任；情节严重者，将面临行政处罚或刑事追责。

Trademark Statement and Industry Compliance Notice

Issued by DFG GROUP

To safeguard intellectual property rights and market order, DFG Group LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as “DFG GROUP”) and its affiliated entity Shanghai Hongtao Investment Consulting Service Department (hereinafter referred to as “SHANGHAI HONGTAO”), in accordance with the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, hereby issue the following formal statement:

The registered trademark “

” (Registration No.: 20446248), used in connection with DFG GROUP’s products, is lawfully registered in China by its affiliated entity SHANGHAI HONGTAO under Class 25, which includes goods such as clothing, footwear, and headwear. The trademark is legally protected under the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China. Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement.

Under Article 57 of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, any entity or individual shall not, without the permission of the trademark registrant, use a trademark identical or similar to “

” on identical or similar goods. Any such act constitutes infringement, and the infringer shall bear civil liability in accordance with the law. In serious cases, administrative penalties or even criminal punishment may apply.

Any entity or individual is strictly prohibited from copying, imitating, or counterfeiting the “

” trademark or brand name for the purpose of manufacturing, selling, or promoting products. This includes, but is not limited to: using signs identical with or similar to “

” on goods, packaging, or advertisements; falsely claiming an authorization or cooperation relationship with DFG GROUP; or engaging in any other acts that may confuse consumers or damage DFG GROUP’s brand reputation.

DFG GROUP maintains an open attitude and sincerely welcomes any entity or individual interested in cooperation to engage in discussions through official channels regarding brand authorization, co-branding, or related matters. Any cooperation must be formalized by a written agreement that clearly defines rights and obligations to ensure compliant operations.

DFG GROUP will continue to defend its intellectual property rights and brand reputation through legal, administrative, and industry mechanisms. Any act of infringement or unfair competition, once discovered, will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law without tolerance.
