冬天多久洗一次澡更科学？其实可以“懒”一点

每到冬天洗澡，总要做心理建设：冷得直打哆嗦，不洗又浑身难受。真的有必要天天洗吗？

As temperatures drop, many people hesitate before stepping into the shower, but there's no need to insist on a daily bathing routine in winter.

其实，答案不必那么极端。

根据《中国皮肤清洁指南》建议：一般情况下，每隔2到3天洗一次就好。

Relevant guidelines suggest that bathing every two to three days is generally sufficient under normal circumstances.

过度洗澡可能会导致干、痒、湿疹。去掉皮肤天然油脂可能造成干燥瘙痒；屏障受损则容易起湿疹；热水长时间泡澡有“低温烫伤”的风险。

洗澡频繁不一定会更健康，“越洗越痒”可能是皮肤在抗议。

Showering shouldn't be treated as a duty, but as something to balance with the skin's needs. Over-washing can strip natural oils, causing dryness, itching and even eczema.

所以，冬天洗澡也有方法可循。掌握几个小技巧，就能既温暖又安全。

① 水别太烫，皮肤不是火锅。

38至40℃刚刚好，温暖又舒适。再“烫点”，皮肤油脂直接下岗。

Warm water of about 38–40 C is recommended, as excessively hot water can damage the skin's protective barrier.

② 沐浴露要温和，不要香到上头。

建议使用弱酸性沐浴露。药皂、香皂这种“猛男型清洁”，请远离。

Mild, weakly acidic cleansers are preferable to harsh or heavily fragranced products, and vigorous scrubbing is discouraged to avoid harming the skin's defense layer.

③ 搓澡适可而止，别搓出一身“静电火花”。

你搓掉的不只是“泥”，还有皮肤的防护层。

Bath time is best kept to around 5 to 10 minutes, since soaking for more than 15 minutes may increase irritation.

④ 洗澡时间别超一首歌。

5至10分钟刚好，超过15分钟，皮肤就开始泡“emo”了。

洗完别赖着玩手机，尽快保湿，能锁住近50%的水分。

Moisturizing promptly afterwards also helps lock in hydration.
