年产8000吨湿法硫酸锰厂的工艺设计

摘要：本设计为年产8000吨硫酸锰厂的工艺设计.根据设计要求，对生产原理和工艺流程进行了选择和论证，对当前国内外各种硫酸锰的生产工艺进行了综述，剖析了高温焙烧法、酸浸法、两矿加酸法的优点和不足，对整个工艺流程进行了相关工艺计算，对主要设备进行了设计和选型，同时对安全生与“3废”治理做了相关的讨论。

THE TECHNICAL CONTRIVANCE OF 8000 TON MANGANOUS SULFATE FACTORY

Abstract: This design is focused on the product of 8000 tons manganous sulfate technical contrivance. According to the design, the procreative principle and the craftwork flow are selected and demonstrated. The current technologies for the manufacture of manganese sulfate at home and abroad were reviewed, especially the merits and shortcomings of calcination method, acid extraction method, pyrites/pyrolusite method, sulfur dioxide method were summarized. The correlative technical calculation is available in the design. And contriving and choosing the types of important equipments and pipes are included in the design, too. And at the same time, the safe production of this device and the trashes are also discussed.

前 言

硫酸锰是重要的基础锰盐，世界上有近百分之810的锰产品是利用硫酸锰或者通过硫酸锰溶液生产出来的。这也是硫酸锰消耗的主要方面，除了作为工业原料之外，硫酸锰在农业、工业上还有着10分广泛的用途。

硫酸锰在农业上主要用作微量元素肥料和饲料添加剂。虽然肥料和饲料中的锰可以采用不同的形式添加，例如：硫酸锰、碳酸锰、1氧化锰、锰的有机物等，但是硫酸锰的价格便宜、效果又好，因此最受欢迎。世界上缺锰的土壤面积较大，仅中国保守估计就有1亿亩以上，因此硫酸锰作为微量元素的市场很大，而且还有巨大的潜力。

在3个月的毕业设计中，广泛查阅了当前国内外硫酸锰的生产工艺资料，再按毕业设计的要求，依据永达锰业公司的原始资料，采用新型还原剂和软锰矿室温浸出制备硫酸锰的新工艺，对年产8000吨的硫酸锰的工艺装置进行了设计，并绘制了生产工艺流程图，主要设备的装置图以及厂房的平面布置图。
